Service Delivery Policy

The Linux Academy Pakistan provides online, self-paced training courses. Our courses are delivered entirely over the internet — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped. This policy explains how and when you receive access to what you buy.

How courses are delivered

All course content — lectures, slides, hands-on labs, and materials — is delivered online through your account on this website. After you sign in, your enrolled courses appear on your dashboard.

When you get access

• Free courses: access is granted immediately after you enrol.
• Paid courses: access is granted immediately after your online payment is confirmed by PayFast. In the rare case a payment needs manual review, access is activated as soon as the payment clears (typically within a few hours).

How long access lasts

Enrolment is valid for the access period shown at the time of enrolment (currently 6 months). You can learn at your own pace during this period.

What you need

A device with a modern web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended for the video lectures) and a stable internet connection. Some hands-on labs use real servers and cloud accounts as described in the course.

If something isn’t working

If you don’t receive access after enrolling, or a lecture or lab isn’t loading, contact us and we’ll put it right quickly.
